Rental Rates 2024

​Theatre Space (823 SE Grant St.): Technical Rehearsals/Performances
$1700 per week (Monday-Sunday)
Plus a $500 refundable damage deposit
Your group will be expected to know how to use our lighting and sound systems. Training and set up will cost an additional $500

Theatre and Box-Office space (823 SE Grant St. and 2136 SE 8th Ave): Performances 
$2000 per week (during performance weeks)
Plus a $500 refundable damage deposit
As above but includes access to the box-office space and bar. You will provide your own front of house staff/box-office associate and Shaking the Tree will provide a bartender.

One night performance rental
$600 per night
Plus $100 refundable damage deposit

Rehearsal/Workshop Space (2136 SE 8th Ave): Rehearsals, workshops, classes & other events
Rehearsals: $20 per hour
Classes/Workshops: $30 per hour

For our theatre: Look for the Big Blue Warehouse on the corner od SE 9th and Grant and enter through the gate.
​For our main office: look for the beautiful mural on the corner of SE 8th and Grant. Entrance is on SE 8th.
