London Bauman
London is an actor, musician, sound designer and library cardholder from Portland. Recent work includes The Delays, Map of Virtue and Stupid Ghost (Theatre Vertigo), Ghosted (OCT), and Shopping and Fucking (independently produced by Annabel Cantor). He holds a BS in Theatre from Portland State University and has studied at Dell'Arte International and The Actor's Conservatory. He is currently a member of PETE's 2024-2025 Institute for Contemporary Performance cohort. |
Jon Bolden
Jon is so excited to be working with Shaking the Tree Theatre for the first time. Earlier this year, he played Trigorin in The Seagull (Blinking Eye Theatre) and has appeared in several staged readings with PDX Playwrights and Jerilyn Armstrong's Exhale. You can catch Jon performing or teaching improvised comedy / theater monthly at Kickstand Comedy. He wants to thank Rebby for the opportunity to perform with some of this favorite actors and can't wait to attend all the other staged readings during this election season. GO VOTE! |
Annabel Cantor
Annabel Cantor is a theatre artist, educator, and recurring character in the lives of others. They hold a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and are an alum of PETE’s Institute for Contemporary Performance. Recent favorite projects include: Shopping and Fucking (producer, director) Endurance: The Boat, The Show (CoHo Residency 2024, director), Forbidden Fruit (Shaking the Tree, asst. director), Hibernate (Bedrock Theatre, lighting design). Up next, Annabel will be onstage at Shaking the Tree this December in horseplay, as part of the live performance residency program. Rose Proctor
Rose is a performer, deviser, and visual artist from Eugene, Oregon. She attended Portland Experimental Theatre Ensemble’s Institute for Contemporary Performance, was a member of the Third Rail Mentorship program, and is a graduate of Kenyon College and the National Theater Institute. She will be performing in spur(s) as part of Shaking the Tree’s Open Space Residency November 14th-16th. |
Marilyn Stacey
Marilyn recently appeared at Shaking the Tree’s Blood Wedding (Mother-in-Law) and Forbidden Fruit (Eve). She has a long history with Portland theatre, beginning in 1985 with Artists Repertory Theatre’s Quilters. Other favorite credits at Artists Repertory include Three Days of Rain (Nan/Lina),Becky’s New Car (Becky), The Crucible (Elizabeth), Tooth of Crime (Becky), Clean House (Virginia), and Pirate’s Lullaby (Anne). She also played in God of Carnage (Veronica) at Lakewood Center, The Lion in Winter (Eleanor) at Northwest Classical Theater, the one-person thriller, The Detective’s Wife, and 12 live-on-stage episodes of The Twilight Zone (Hellfire Productions). Marilyn graduated from Occidental College, Los Angeles, and Circle in the Square Theatre, New York. She has received two Drammy awards. Many thanks to Rebby and Shaking the Tree! |
Rocco Weyer
Rocco Weyer is thrilled to spice up an otherwise uneventful and unimportant election by joining Ubu America. Hailing from Spain and Argentina, Rocco is an actor, photographer, and musician in Portland. A Lewis and Clark alumni, he has photographed numerous plays and dance festivals, made a documentary on theater during the pandemic, written an original play, acted in a couple films and in a few more plays. Previous roles include Sailor in Adopt a Sailor (21ten Theatre), Sean in Spear (Corrib Theater), the Bridegroom in Blood Wedding (Shaking the Tree), Joaco in (de)composition (Independent), Art in This is my Something, the Tyrant in Passion Play, Elder Jay in The Christians, and Trigorin in Stupid F***ing Bird (Lewis & Clark College). www.roccoweyer.com |

Rebby Yuer Foster is a Chinese American artist & director. Recent acting credits include Once (Seacoast Repertory Theatre), We’ve Come to Believe (Humana Festival ‘19), Dracula (Actor’s Theatre of Louisville), & Xiaoyen (Actor’s Theatre of Louisville). Rebby is a former Acting Apprentice at the Actor’s Theatre of Louisville ‘18-19. They grew up in Seattle, Washington and received their B.A. in Theatre & English at the University of Portland. |
Emily Hogan (Stage Manager)
EMILY HOGAN is a middle child and a double-Sagittarius. A transplant from Lompoc, CA, Emily studied theater at the University of Portland, focusing on dramaturgy and performance. Emily has performed with Shaking the Tree, Portland Revels, Hand2Mouth, and Milagro. Primarily, Emily works as a stage manager, managing Forbidden Fruit, Fucking A, MODELMINORITY, Chick Fight, and serving as ASM for Family at Shaking the Tree. Emily has also been a dramaturg on numerous productions, such as In A Different Reality She’s Clawing At The Walls (Shaking the Tree), i defy you, stars (Do It For Mead), and The Killing Fields (Orphic). Emily was also able to serve as a teaching artist for Hand2Mouth and Milagro, and is a current Hand2Mouth Company Member. |
